The Black Keys has announced the spring leg of their No Rain No Flowers Tour, kicking off on May 23rd in Oklahoma and hitting over a dozen iconic venues including Red Rocks Amphitheatre and The Greek Theatre before returning to Europe in July. The spring trek will feature support from Hermanos Gutiérrez and The Heavy Heavy on select dates.

The upcoming tour marks The Black Keys’ return to the road after they canceled a 2024 arena tour supporting their latest album, Ohio Players. The band, featuring guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney, also revealed they are working on the follow-up to Ohio Players due later this year.

The Black Keys, featuring guitarist Dan Auerbach and drummer Patrick Carney, also dropped their new track “The Night Before,” co-written by Dan Auerbach and Patrick Carney along with Grammy Award-winning songwriter Daniel Tashian.  Said Auerbach: “It’s so groove-based. ‘The Night Before’ started with a chord progression that Daniel and I came up with and the rest just fell out. It was really collaborative and all came together in about 30 minutes. Adds Carney: “We’ve never really worked with songwriters like that in Nashville. It’s crazy because Daniel was one of the first people I met when I moved to town over a decade ago. But we pushed ourselves to bring in some new co-writers, and we really tapped into something cool with Daniel. We’re finishing up the album now and plan to release more tracks leading into the tour.”
